Day1: Arrival at Entebbe airport
Our guide will pick you up from the airport and take you through a short briefing about the whole safari. He will transfer you to your hotel in Kampala according to your booked accommodation. Enjoy the site of Lake Victoria the second largest fresh water lake in the world.it will take about 40minutes-1 hour to arrive in Kampala depending on the traffic jam. Arrive check in relax dinner and overnight. Depending on your arrival time.
Day2: Jinja Nile Excursion
Wake up for early morning breakfast, our guide will pick you up and transfer you to Jinja district with great stopovers at Sezibwa falls, mabira forest for nature walks and zip lining.
Continue to Jinja the adventure city, arrive and get ready for the water rafting experience, option in Bungee jumping and see the see water and also touch the Nile water, boat cruise to visit the source of the Nile.
Evening visit jinja town and the Bujagali falls. After the excursion return to the hotel for relaxation and dinner.
Day 3: Jinja – Sipi Falls
After your early morning breakfast, continue to the sipi falls through Mbale town. Arrive and relax at sipi river lodge start the tour to the three falls, the trek to the falls takes about three hours. The hike is quite challenging with steep slopes making it worthy your trip. Slopes which need more of exercise but its all worthy. Enjoy the breath taking scenery of the soothing sound of the falls and its beauty as the water flows from a 7meters height. The hike gives you an opportunity to view the Karamonjong plains, plantations, birds and many more. After the hike our guide will drive you back to Kampala before 7pm.check in at the hotel relax and dinner.
Day 4: Kampala – Lake Mburo
After breakfast, our guide will pick you up and transfer you to lake Mburo national park at 7am with a stopover at the equator and continue with the journey to lake Mburo arrive and check in have lunch.
There after encounter in the evening game drive through the park trails in search for the zebras ,impala ,buffaloes, eland, Topi, bushbuck, warthog, bird species and many more as well as the best views of landscape.
Return to the lodge relax and diner.
Day5: Lake Mburo – Lake Bunyonyi
Early morning after breakfast embark to Lake Bunyonyi one of the deepest crate lake in the world. The lake has a range of islands and it can be explored on 5-6hours.
Arrive and check in at your accommodation, have lunch thereafter have a maximum relaxation with great views of the islands, terraced hills, option for activities such as canoe ride ,mountain biking, swimming, hiking, cycling, Batwa trail, visit the islands and many more. Let us know your option and we book accordingly.
Day 6: Lake Bunyonyi –Bwindi impenetrable
After breakfast, embark to Bwindi impenetrable national park a home to the endangered mountain Gorillas. Transfer either to Rushaga, Ruhija, Buhoma, and Nkuringo. Arrive check in have lunch and get ready for the evening culture trail of Batwa.
Visit the first people who lived in the forest, learn there day to day life and how they lived in the forest.
Interact with them as they eat, sing, dance enjoy their small community which is full of life there after return to t lodge for dinner and dinner.
Day 7: Gorilla Trekking
Trek the mountain Gorillas, which only inhabit in Bwindi and the Virunga volcanoes. Wakeup for a heavy breakfast, our guide will transfer you to the park headquarters for a short briefing about gorilla trekking. You will head to the forest with a guide and arranger in search for the apes although its bit challenging with steep slopes.
The trek takes 30minute to 6hours in the forest and one hour to spend with the Gorillas as they carry out their day to day activities such as playing, socialize and many more.
The experience is rewarding and break taking. Have your picnic lunch and hike back to the park headquarters for a gorilla ceremony our guide will be waiting to transfer you back to the lodge. Relax, refresh and have dinner.
Day 9: Bwindi – Queen Elizabeth National park
Wake up for breakfast, check out of the lodge and proceed to Queen Elizabeth national park via the Ishasha sector of queen Elizabeth national park, where you have great chances of spotting the tree climbing lions on top of the trees as they warm from the cold weather.
Arrive at the lodge check in, have lunch and prepare for the evening boat cruise to at Kazinga channel take 2 hours exploring the Kazinga channel with great sightings of water birds wild games on the channel such as hippos, Nile crocodiles, animals at the shores including buffaloes, elephants and many more.
Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 10: Queen Elizabeth
Wake up early morning for breakfast before setting for the park activities. Depart at 6am this gives you an opportunity to spot a number of wildlife as they hurt and return to their hide outs animals such as hyenas, hippos, leopards and many more.
Drive through Kasenyi trail with great opportunity of games such as buffaloes, lions, leopards, antelopes, kobs, elephants and many more.
Return to the lodge for lunch and prepare for the evening walk to the crate lake of katwe for great experience of salt mining. After your encounter return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 11: Queen – Kibale
After the morning breakfast we transfer to Kibale national park. Arrive and check in into your lodge have lunch and prepare for the 2oclock time.
Chimpanzee trekking place in two rounds, morning and afternoon. After lunch gather at the tourism center of a short briefing about chimpanzee trekking, head to the forest and visit the human cousin in the jungle.
The trek gives you an opportunity to see over 13 species of primates such as colobus monkeys, velvet monkey, olive baboons, red tailed monkey and many more. Sounds of birds, have one hour as you watch them eat fruits, play, swing, socialize, take great pictures. Return to the lodge for dinner and relaxation.
Day 12: Kibale – Semuliki
After breakfast, we transfer to Semuliki national park, it takes about 50km from Kibale national park. Drive passed the town of fort portal one of the organized town of Uganda before proceeding to Bundibungyo with great views of mount Rwenzori.
Arrive and take the Sempaya nature walk to explore the hot springs of both the male and female. The male “Bitente” is a wide pool and the female hot spring “Nyansimbi” has the hot oiling geyser up to 2m high and boiling at 100 degrees Celsius.one can boil some eggs as well.
The walk exposes one to the flora of the forest. And primates such as black and white colobus monkeys.
Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 13: Semuliki – Primate walk
Wake up after breakfast and embark on the primate walk in Semuliki forest to explore a range of primates such as chimpanzees, olive baboons, black and white colobus monkeys, blue and red tailed monkeys, velvet monkey, and many more.
This takes a fully day with lunch breaks and great sighs of birds and flora. Return to the lodge for dinner and over night.
Day 14: Semuliki-Murchison falls National Park
Wake up early morning for breakfast and prepare for the en route to Murchison falls national park. Start off the journey to Murchison falls with a stopover at kolping hotel in Hoima have lunch and continue to Murchison falls arrive check in into the hotel have dinner and overnight.
Day15: Murchison falls
After breakfast get ready for the game drive likely to see the lions, waterbucks, buffaloes, hartebeest, orib, baboons, hyenas, hippos and many more.
Return to the lodge for lunch ,in the afternoon enjoy a breath taking activity at the park ,launch cruise to the falls to spot the hippos ,Nile crocodiles ,buffaloes, elephants ,zebras, giraffes and many more as they cool their bodies.
Get off the boat for a 45minute walk to the top of the falls and enjoy the best view of the falls as well as spotting a number of wildlife, its an amazing experience to encounter with the white waters of the Nile.
Our guide will be waiting for you to drive you back to the lodge. For dinner and over night.
Day 16: Murchioson Falls – Kampala
After our morning breakfast we en route to Kampala with a stopover after the Rhino sanctuary to trek the Rhinos giving us an opportunity to spot the big fives lastly the Rhinos.
After have lunch at Kabalega dinner and continue with the journey with another stopover at Luwero triangle to buy some fruits and continue to Kampala before 7pm to your hotel or area of residence depending on your travel plans.
